“Buti” is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” It is a powerful blend of tribal dance and primal movements, plyometrics, and vinyasa-style yoga.
Yoga is ageless and can be modified for all ages and levels of mobility. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga sitting, standing or using the chair for support. This class is ideal for those with mobility concerns but still wanting to stay active!
Flow (Flow, Flow to Yin, Meditative Flow)
Flow gets its name from the smooth way in which one movement flows into the next and the way it connects breath to movement. It is also known as Power Yoga, it is more of an athletic workout. This faster-paced class is accessible for all levels.
Hatha (Hatha, Gentle Hatha)
Hatha focuses on breath and alignment, exploring and expanding mobility and strength. Each pose is held for several breaths, bringing peace to the body and mind and releasing tension and stress. All levels welcome.
Kids classes consist of activities, learning yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing and games. Sessions offered in 4wk and 6wk options for little yogis ages 4-12 years old.
Relax, revitalize, recover and reset your body for the weekend. This class will be a great mix of work and relaxation to finish off your week and take you into the weekend.
PIYO is a music-based fusion style workout blending yoga and pilates. It involves strength, stretch and a whole lot of sweat! Accessible to all levels and abilities.
A 6-week prenatal series where you will connect with your growing baby, gently stretch those mommy-muscles and move those joints. All while connecting to other expectant women and relaxing into your ever-changing bodies.
A gentle mixture of movement and stillness. Combining Hatha and Yin, this class will work you through a series of postures guided by breath which will ultimately allow you to release tension and stress to prepare for the upcoming week ahead.
This class will guide you through a gentle practice with breath, movement, and stillness. The perfect way to end your day and prep you for bedtime. All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised in a more active style of asana practice. Yin Yoga is the perfect way to balance your more active practice (Yang practice) and your busy lifestyle with slower longer held poses. Yin can be more meditative and relaxing, its more of a work “in” rather than a work “out”. Various props are used and all poses can be modified to suit your body. All levels welcome.
